Based upon the NCAA Bylaw below, the Texans FC Friendlies complies with the definition of a tournament in that we bracket teams and name a champion within each flight based upon the scoring system outlined in our rules.

Therefore, the two days of competition at the Texans FC Friendlies should count as ONE EVALUATION. .
